PROGRAM OVERVIEW
GM’s new Dealer Digital Solution offers dealers access to a collection of digital products and services aimed at driving sales and service. From digital advertising and trade appraisal products to call tracking and image services, dealers can benefit from the solution’s flexibility, options, support and nationally-negotiated rates.
Based on dealer feedback, we understand the current digital ecosystem is complex, costly and not as transparent as dealers would like. The Dealer Digital Solution helps streamline the digital universe, simplify technology and integration, and has the potential to significantly reduce costs when it comes to your digital spend.
Foremost, to help reduce complexity and digital expenses to our dealers. Through a managed partner program, General Motors is working to help dealers improve profitability, reduce complexity and make it easier for customers to do business with you. Plus, products and services offered under the Solution are eligible for iMR funds with GM match.
Information about partners and their services is available through the “Explore Partners” links on www.gmdealerdigital.com. For more information on pricing, click on “Enroll Now” on each page to be taken to GlobalConnect. There, Dealers can view pricing and packaging before you choose to enroll.
Dealer Digital Solution offerings are eligible for iMR reimbursement, and qualify for GM Match. Dealers should review individual product agreements direct questions to the Advertising Checking Bureau (ACB) support team by calling 1-888-GMCOOP-1.

Dealers who wish to enroll for products and services available through the Dealer Digital Solution must complete and submit an online enrollment form through www.gmdealerdigital.com. Selecting the “Enroll Now” button for each service will redirect dealers to an enrollment page that includes links to each of the Solution’s offerings. After selecting the link, Dealers will be taken to a secure enrollment form for that particular category on GlobalConnect.
ENROLLMENT
Dealers can enroll today for the following Solution offerings:
  • Digital Advertising
  • Vehicle Images
  • Call Tracking
  • GM Dealer Chat
  • Reputation Management
No. Dealers have the option to use any vendor they wish. However, products and services within the Dealer Digital Solution have been reviewed and assessed by General Motors and are eligible for iMR funds. For all other categories, please look for further communications and announcements as they are launched and new partners are added.
PROGRAM OPERATION
Dealer Digital Solution product and service contracts are between General Motors and dealers with the exception of the Digital Advertising products, where contracts will be between the Dealer and partner. Contracts are month-to-month with automatic renewals. Cancellation requires a 30-day notice. Dealers should review their product agreements for details.
